Hi all, for December we have organised a Christmas Lunch at Brown Sugar, Warners Bay.
It is a fixed menu of Main and Dessert for $30pp. We have arranged to have the main and desserts as an alternate drop (like a wedding).

It is a fixed menu of Main and Dessert for $30pp. We have arranged to have the main and desserts as an alternate drop (like a wedding).
The Mains are:
- Battered barramundi fillets with sweet potato fries, pear and pecan salad GF + DF
- Scotch fillet steak on roasted garlic herb potato with steamed greens, jus and mushroom thyme sauce GF + DF
- French chicken fillet al Normandy with a creamy tarragon mustard sauce with apple bacon and roasted potatoes and steamed greens GF
The Desserts are:
- Citrus Tart with fresh cream and berry compote
- Banoffee Pie with fresh cream and berry compote GF
- Immortal Sin with fresh cream and berry compote
There is a vegetarian option of
- Goats curd and spinach Gundi (Italian dumpling) with roasted peppers, bechamel, pecorino and gem salad caprese
Please let us know if you require the vegetarian option or have any other special dietary requirements.
It would be appreciated if you can let us know As Soon As Possible if you will be coming so we can finalise numbers with the restaurant.
